Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the WearLink platform (the "Service"). By creating an account, calling the API, or integrating an SDK, you agree to them. If you're using WearLink on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Accounts & access

You're responsible for safeguarding your API keys, access tokens, and the actions taken through them. If you suspect a key has been compromised, rotate it immediately from Settings → Credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are abusing the Service, violating vendor terms, or breaching these Terms.

Acceptable use

You won't: (a) attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our security; (b) use the Service to violate the Terms of any third-party provider you connect (Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, etc.); (c) sell or share end-user health data with parties the end-user hasn't explicitly authorised; (d) use the platform for unsolicited outreach or surveillance.

End-user data

You are the controller of your end-users' data; WearLink is the processor. You remain responsible for obtaining lawful bases (consent, contract, etc.) to collect and process the data you ingest. We process data solely to provide the Service and on your documented instructions.

Fees

Paid tiers are billed monthly in advance in INR via Razorpay. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Refunds are provided where required by law.

Availability

We target high uptime but don't guarantee it unless you're on a plan that includes an explicit SLA. The current real-time status of every subsystem is published at /status.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WearLink's total liability arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL. Material changes will be notified via the account email on file at least 14 days before taking effect.
