An end-user is any unique user you create in WearLink who connects at least one health data provider. Inactive or unconnected users don't count toward your limit.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle. Your data is never deleted when you downgrade.
The Hobby plan is free forever and includes full platform access. You can build and test your entire integration before upgrading.
A Business Associate Agreement is a contract required by HIPAA when a vendor handles Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of a covered entity. We offer BAAs on Enterprise plans.
