No. Photo recognition uses a paid vision model per image, so it is on Developer and above (500 and 5,000 photos per day). Manual nutrition logging is unlimited on every plan, including Hobby.

A Business Associate Agreement is the contract HIPAA requires when a vendor handles protected health information for a covered entity. We sign one on the Enterprise tier on request. WearLink has not been independently assessed against HIPAA and holds no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 attestation; the security page states exactly what is in place.
